What should the order contain?
Two pens, one KLIK500 and one KLIK157. Put them in your own records as two lines under a single order number, each with its name, label and listed amount, so there is something concrete to tick against.
The bundle ships cold, in discreet unbranded outer packaging, by tracked delivery. That is good for privacy but it means the outside of the box tells your reception nothing. It is worth warning whoever handles incoming post that a cold-shipped parcel is due and who should receive it.
Check the clock before you chase
