Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom, and to many other countries with tracked international delivery. Charges are worked out automatically at checkout from your delivery country.

Delivery charges and times

UK delivery options are listed in the table below. International orders are sent by tracked delivery for a flat £35.00 per order. International delivery times depend on the destination and on customs; any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Dispatch times

Orders paid before 1pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders paid after 1pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times in the table start from dispatch.

Packaging

Orders are packed cold, away from light, in insulated, discreet and unbranded outer packaging. The product cartons inside keep their batch labels, so you can match each item to its documentation.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send you the tracking number by email. You can also contact us with your order reference at any time.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late, arrives damaged, or something is missing or incorrect, contact us at support@ukclovapeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs. See our Returns & Refunds policy for what happens next.
