Who we are
The data controller for personal data collected through this website is CLOVA. You can contact us about your data at support@ukclovapeptides.com.
Data we collect
When you order or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery address, order details and any messages you send us. If you create an account we store your login details (your password is stored only in encrypted form). If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and the date you gave consent. We do not see or store your full card details: payments are handled on our payment provider's secure page.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To process, deliver and support your order — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records — to meet our legal obligations.
- To answer your enquiries and prevent fraud — our legitimate interests in running the business safely.
- To send newsletters — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: delivery companies (to deliver your parcel), our payment provider (to take your payment), and our website, hosting and email providers. Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years after the order, as required for UK tax and accounting purposes.
- Account details: until you ask us to close your account.
- Enquiries and messages: 2 years after our last reply.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. To make a request, email support@ukclovapeptides.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website uses one essential session cookie to keep your basket, checkout and sign-in working. It is deleted when you close your browser.
