Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to place an order.
Research use only
All products are supplied for laboratory and analytical research use only. They are not medicines and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis or treatment. By ordering you confirm that you will use products only for lawful research purposes. We do not give usage or dosage advice.
Orders
When you place an order you receive an order reference by email. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly; if we do, we refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken on our payment provider's secure page using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.
Delivery
Dispatch times, delivery options and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss caused by using products in a way that breaks these terms, including any use other than laboratory research. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
