How to store your products when they arrive.
Always follow the storage information on the product page and on the product label. The points below apply to the products in our catalogue.
When your order arrives
Unpack your order straight away and move the cartons to a refrigerator.
Temperature
Store refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
Light
Keep products in their original carton, away from direct sunlight and other strong light.
Labelling
Keep the label and carton intact so the batch number stays with the product. You need the batch number to match an item to its Certificate of Analysis.
