Enquiry, Quote or Order? Saying Where You Stand on a STRENGTH Bundle

Information request, quote or purchase? Saying which one you mean avoids crossed wires. Includes sample wording for the STRENGTH bundle.

Buying Guides illustration for the CLOVA guide: Enquiry, Quote or Order? Saying Where You Stand on a STRENGTH Bundle

People who search for "order BPC-157 TB-500 bundle UK" are often at very different points. Some are still gathering facts, some need a written price for a committee, and some have approval in hand and want to pay. A message that doesn't say which one you are leaves the seller guessing, and it leaves your own colleagues guessing too.

The fix takes one sentence. This article covers the three common stages, how to name the STRENGTH bundle so nobody confuses it with something else, and a few lines of sample wording you can adapt.

Three stages, three different messages

Enquiry. You want information and you are not asking to buy. Typical questions: what is in the bundle, whether a report exists for the current batch, how delivery works.

Quote. You need figures in writing so a budget holder or approver can review them. You are not yet committing to anything.

Order. The purchase is approved, the details are settled and you are ready to pay.

The trouble starts when one stage is mistaken for another. A "ready to order?" status on an internal form can hide a technical question that nobody answered. Equally, a seller who takes a casual question for an order may be working from the wrong assumption. Spell the stage out at the start of every message.

Name the bundle the way the listing does

Use the same words as the listing so nobody has to translate. The STRENGTH bundle is two separate pens: KLIK500 (TB-500 10mg in 2mL) and KLIK157 (BPC-157 10mg in 2mL). That is quite different from a single pen that contains both peptides, such as the Wolverine blend.

Be careful with the quantity field. "2" could mean two bundles or two pens, and different colleagues will read it differently. Write it out: "1 STRENGTH bundle (one KLIK500 pen and one KLIK157 pen)".

Say who can approve

The person writing the email may not be the person who signs off spending or technical acceptance. Make that clear internally, and externally too, if it affects the timing. A helpful reply from the seller doesn't transfer anyone's authority; it only gives your approver something to act on.

If the request changes after approval, such as a different product or quantity, go back for fresh sign-off rather than assuming the earlier one still covers it.

Keep open conditions visible

If you still need a document or an answer before you would buy, say so in the message and in your internal record. For example, you might need to see whether a report is available for the current batch (the COAs page lists those that are published). A commercial back-and-forth shouldn't quietly settle a technical question that hasn't been answered.

Sample wording

For an enquiry:

We are considering a STRENGTH bundle for a laboratory project. This message is a request for information only, not an order. Could you confirm the contents of the bundle and whether a Certificate of Analysis is available for the current batch?

For a quote:

Please send a written quotation for 1 STRENGTH bundle (one KLIK500 pen and one KLIK157 pen), including delivery. We need it for internal approval and are not placing an order yet.

For an order:

We would like to place an order for 1 STRENGTH bundle (one KLIK500 pen and one KLIK157 pen). Approval is in place and the details above are those we have reviewed.

Before you press send

  • The message states the stage: information, quote or order.
  • The product name matches the listing, with the pen count written out.
  • Any condition still open, such as a missing report, is stated.
  • You know who on your side can approve the purchase.
  • You have noted the dispatch timing on the shipping and delivery page.
  • Your internal record uses the same wording as the email.

Frequently asked questions

Does asking for a quote commit me to buying?

That depends on the seller's terms, so don't leave it to chance. Saying plainly that you are asking for a quotation only, not placing an order, removes any doubt for both sides.

When will an approved order be dispatched?

Orders paid before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Products ship cold by tracked delivery, and the details are on the shipping page.

What if the person approving signed off something different?

Pause and check. A changed product, pack format or quantity needs its own approval, because the earlier sign-off covered a different request.
