Ordering Guide
How ordering, payment and dispatch work at CLOVA.
1. Choose your products
Browse the shop, choose a strength where options are available and add items to your basket.
2. Check out
Enter your details and delivery address. UK and international delivery charges are worked out automatically from your country. If you have a discount code, apply it in the basket or at checkout.
3. Pay securely
Select Continue to payment and you are taken to our secure card payment page. The accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Order reference
You receive an order reference by email. Keep it for any questions about your order.
5. Dispatch and tracking
Orders paid before 1pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. We email your tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
